A member of Raisoni Group of Institutions (RGI), Nagpur, imparting quality education of global standards . GHRIET has a beautiful campus located on Pune-Ahmednagar Road, 15 Kms from Pune Railway Station and 8 Kms away from Pune airport. The sprawling campus of the Institute has an environment conducive for academic pursuits like class room teaching & research. It has a spacious building with ample scope for future development and expansion. It is located near Kharadi IT Park & Ranjangaon industrial belt.
The Institute has close links with industries especially around Pune through Industry Institute Cell which gives a platform for faculty & students to undertake projects and research work. The primary objective of the Institute is to groom the student to become a future leader in Engineering & Technology, capable of facing the challenges of the industry & using the advanced technology. The institute offers innovative teaching-learning methodology, state of art laboratories, resources and corporate development plans for students so that they become competent engineering professionals ready to deliver their services to industry & society in general.

Library Facilities
Inspiring library, a repository of knowledge
In today’s hi-tech and competitive learning environment a well-established library is a need to the Under Graduate Students, Post Graduate Students, Research Scholars and the Faculty. Our Library is well equipped, fully computerized with near about 4383 study materials which include Books, Reference Books, Student’s Project Reports, databases etc.
With Interlibrary Loan (ILL) facility all the College libraries of Raisoni Group are linked through Internet, so students have access to near about 1,98,352 Books, Research Books, journals and other resources throughout the entire Raisoni Group of Institutions.
Library and learning resources provide a wide range of facilities for support in studies. The salient features of the extensive library are:-

Sports Facilities
At Raisoni Group of Institutions, we equip our students and staff with state-of-the-art sports facilities. Our college campus has courts for various outdoor games like Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Tennis, Swimming Pool and more.
Our students have represented at National, State and University level in various sports.
We have exclusive faculty for Sports who have represented India in International arena to guide and train students for various sports competitions. Our Sports officer has captained the Indian National Team for Asian Championship and was the Assistant coach of Indian Handball team during Asian Games. He has won numerous awards at the National and State level for his outstanding achievements in Sports. Now, he enjoys coaching and mentoring young athletes. Under his coaching, three players have represented International Tournaments and won awards.
Canteen Facilities
Raisoni Group of Institutions has spacious Canteen facilities at each of our campus. We focus on providing healthy and nutritious food to our students and therefore offer a variety of food and snack items that are cooked to perfection and have a ‘home made flavour’.
The kitchen at our canteens is big, well-ventilated and equipped with modern and hygienic infrastructure. Also, the dishes are prepared by the catering staff in RO treated water which makes them delicious and nutritious!

I am happy to welcome you at G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering Nagpur, one of the premier research institute in Central India and an autonomous institute.The Engineering education in current times is assortment of many state of the art aspects. The importance of Information and Communication Technology in the present times can hardly be over emphasized, and we are aware of its tremendous potential as a means of progress and prosperity for our country. Knowledge has become the most important contributor to economic development. Total productivity of an economy or of an individual enterprise is based on a combination of human resource capital and technology.
Those who are more technically sophisticated will always outperform those who are relatively lagging behind. Education and knowledge accumulation make effective use of the ubiquitous technologies. We have to keep abreast of the constant changes and developments in Engineering Education to make meaningful and effective use of the computational power and the rapid flow of information.
Emphasis on higher education on developing an interface between research and industry and on institutional development is going to yield fruitful results. We aim at maximizing the resource utilization, training of manpower and interaction with the industry to benefit our esteemed students.
